Project overview
The company has a portfolio of products in the healthcare domain. All of the products are solving digital identity management problems.The product am focusing on is the cloud based platform that helps hospitals to manage identity management processes and save doctor’s time by making login process quick and easy.
Problem statement
The goal of the cloud based identity management platform is to increase user productivity with end-to-end authentication and management that unites authentication, SSO, and virtual desktop roaming. The platform is used by clinicians in hospitals all around
My responsibilities
- Creating personas
- Brainstorm and ideas prioritizing
- Creating low and high-fidelity prototypes
- Recruiting test participants. Conducting user testing sessions
- Creating component library and visual language
- Regular review of product documentation to ensure it is consistent and updated
- Initiating and maintaining cross-team communication to identify and clarify requirements, delivering high-fidelity prototypes to developers, and supervising design implementation.

Our research stage:
- Astra is a rebuilt of the already working product, so we already knew our target audience and personas, as well as their roles and responsibilities
- During the team session, we did empathy maps for personas (Clinician and Admin)
- Customer journey maps were made

A bit about the design process:
- Product design consists of 6 people, who work with cross-functional scrum teams
- Agile is used for the developement process
- User centered approach is used
