Project overview

The company has over 9000 employees and needs to make the working environment more comfortable and transparent.

Problem statement

The goal was to create an optimum work experience and makeinternal communication more transparent and encouragecross-company collaboration. To provide a work environment filledwith recognition and individual success visibility.

Decision

Prototype of a hub that combines all the work tools needed inside.

RESEARCH STAGE

Our research aims | methods of achieving them | results:

IDEATION STAGE

Taking our problem statement, we started to ideate the solution:

  • Ideate as many solutions as we can for each problem
  • Grouped the same ideas into clusters
  • Voted and prioritised them

SKETCHING STAGE

To visualize ideas we created sketches:

  • Based on CMJs, we built the first sketches together
  • We worked in a group and then voted for the best sketches

WIREFRAMING STAGE

After we selected the best options from sketches we created wireframes:

  • First, low-fidelity wireframes were created
  • Based on low-fidelity wireframes we created the prototype

TESTING STAGE

After testing with real users:

  • We collected a lot of useful data
  • Made appropriate changes
